- Testing of new software and providing feedback for improvement.
- Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationship with clients.
- Have to do software installation and provide training to clients.
- Have to attend training sessions whenever required.
- Attend calls and provide solution.
- Solving assigned tasks based on estimated time.
- Knowledge of SQL & Crystal Reports will be an added advantage.
- Reporting to Support Manager on daily basis.
- Responsibility will be variable; it may change as per requirement and performance.
